Text príspevku číslo 9058:
An ER doctor sent me to my neurologist ( He treats me for seizures)
for testing with the belief that I had MS. There were many symptoms
and there had been prior episodes. There were no lesions on the
scans, no seizures, no vitamin deficiency. By the time he did the
neuropathy tests, the symptoms had nearly faded. Can MS have an
initial misdiagnosis of complex partial seizures? Can a person have
MS if no lesions in the brain show up on the scans? I can find no
other explanation for these symptoms. The neurologist does not seem
concerned enough to continue testing, but I am frustrated by these
incapacitating attacks that have no diagnosis. Some of the symptoms
are: difficulty walking or tying shoes, one side of the body seeming
to weaken causing me to walk like a drunk person, overreaching,
vertigo, short memory, lack of focus, difficulty pronouncing words or
finding the correct one, numbness, painful tingling, sunburn
sensation, excrutiating pain in joints, confusion, slurring speech,
tremors, head wobbling, eyes jerking, falling down, leaning and bad
posture, etc. I need answers and am not getting them from the
neurologist. What do I do now?
